In a medicine session you can choose from a variety of modalities to be used for your growth and evolution.

Modalities that I offer:

KRIYA AND BREATH WORK

Kriya is the combination of pranayama, mantra, and mudra and is intended to rapidly move energy and clear blocks to accelerate mental, emotional, and spiritual growth. These techniques create shifts in mood and vitality in a matter of minutes. They work on the energetic body to cleanse your energy field, removing stale and negative energy and emotions. These practices are some of the most ancient healing techniques for transformation and evolution of consciousness. Kriya works on all levels of your being to create expansion so that new energy can flow in. A daily Kriya practice or sadhana creates connection to the divine within and around you.

REIKI

Reiki is an energy medicine treatment that is transferred through the palms of the practitioner to another person. It is a universal energy available to everyone, however reiki practitioners and masters have been attuned to be a conduit to the energy. It encourages emotional, physical, and energetic healing. It is also possible for a practitioner to do long distance reiki through meditation and prayer. Reiki allows for the blocked emotional and physical elements that lead to illness and disease to be cleared. It balances the chakras, relieves anxiety, stress, and tension in the body, induces relaxation, releases emotional blockages, balances the subtle bodies and creates overall balance within the body.

YOGA

Yoga means to move towards an experiential reality where one knows the ultimate nature of the existence, which is union of all that is. In western culture yoga is know to many as simply an exercise class but yoga is a deep spiritual and philosophical set of ideals meant to unleash your inner potential and help you progress towards your highest self. Yoga brings together the mind and the body to work as one. I offer Hatha, Trauma-Informed, Prenatal, and Restorative Yoga. In these 1:1 on yoga sessions we will create sequences to fit your body and mind and help you to develop your own practice so that you can incorporate yoga into your daily life.

SOUND HEALING

⁣Sound healing has been used for thousands of years as a healing technique. When vibrations travel through the body they promote circulation, energy flow, and rejuvenation. When we begin to take on the vibrations of the higher frequencies of sound, healing occurs. It synchronizes our brainwaves so that we can shift from beta (normal waking consciousness) to alpha (relaxed consciousness) to theta (meditative state) and to delta (sleep; where internal healing occurs). Sound healing allows our body to access a state of being without stress so that we can heal the mind and body.⁣Sounds affect our mind, body, and spirit, both positively and negatively, manifesting both ease and disease. Optimum health occurs when we are vibrating in harmony at our natural and resonant frequency. When one of these frequencies beings to vibrate out of sync dis-ease and ill health occurs. Positive sound therapy brings the body back into sync with its inherent frequency. It also helps create harmonious flow among the bodies systems, improve sleep, relives stress and anxiety, release stuck emotions, balances the brain, brings us into harmony with the earth, and many more benefits.

INTEGRATIVE HEALING SESSION

An all encompassing session combining multiple modalities to give you the ultimate opportunity for growth and transformation. Certain practices are great on their own, and sometimes we need the combination of practices to dive deeper. Dependent upon you, we will combine techniques such as yoga and meditation, or breath work and sound healing, or reiki and yoga. I suggest ninety minutes for these sessions.

Sustained Rate- $111 an hour
Pay It Forward Rate -$133 an hour

All sessions take place on Zoom, in clients homes, or out in nature due to Covid-19. Please let me know your preference at time of scheduling.

I offer pricing on a sliding scale. The community rate is a discounted rate for those who are not financially in a place to pay the full price. The sustained rate is the actual amount of a session. The pay it forward rate is for those who feel they are financially in a place to help pay it forward for others. Payment plans are also an option on a case to case basis. I will try my best to serve those of all means, and do not want to turn people away due to finances.
