“This was my first women’s retreat and I absolutely loved it. I can’t wait to go to another led by Lindsay! She is passionate about creating and inspiring connection and sisterhood amongst women through showing us how to break down social barriers we have been taught to create. She held space in a beautiful, calm, and comforting way for the group and also individually for anyone who needed it. She has a wealth of empathy and wisdom to share that is delivered without judgement. The weekend felt very organic and she would alter the schedule to fit the group’s mood that day. The women who attended were of differing ages and walks of life and we all were able to find beautiful connections. I went into this retreat feeling depleted and walked away feeling stronger and rejuvenated. This was a wonderful experience for me and I highly recommend it to anyone interested in attending!”

I feel as women, there aren’t a lot of spaces we get to experience that because a lot of us are such intense givers, but in the space Lindsay has created I get to practice that & be reminded that I deserve it. It’s beautiful & humbling. These retreats also help me heal wounds and release the trauma I have surrounding “groups of women,” and reprogram the conditioning I’ve learned regarding relationships with other women in general.
